Good stay, minor room issue
I booked a Parkview Room for a weekend stay. The hotel is really well located and the views over Kowloon Park were lovely. The indoor infinity pool was a big plus. Service was generally attentive, though I did have to call twice for extra towels which took a while to arrive. Overall, a solid experience for the price.
Stayed in a City Room

Booking online was straightforward enough, though I had to call to confirm the exact time for the spa. The spa treatment was very relaxing, the therapist was professional and the facilities were clean. Dinner at Cuisine Cuisine was excellent; the Cantonese food was authentic and high quality. The service there was impeccable. The airport limousine transfer on departure was also smooth and efficient, which was a nice touch after a busy trip. My only minor gripe was the initial phone call, but everything else was fantastic.
